The E. Michael Stutzke High School Scholar Athlete Awards recognizes both a male and female scholar athlete from all public and private schools in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee Counties. All nominees must be scholar athletes, demonstrating leadership skills, exhibiting strength of character plus serving as a role model for others on and off the playing field.
